Our Story.

Vive Capital was created because we kept seeing the same problem.

Through our sister company, Vive Financial Advisers, we've helped hundreds of people get traditional home loans from the banks. But over time we started meeting a different kind of client.

People buying land to develop.
People acquiring businesses.
People working on shorter-term property opportunities.

These opportunities didn’t always fit neatly inside a standard lending approach.

That’s why we created Vive Capital.

Vive Capital focuses on situations that fall outside the standard lending path.

Opportunites backed by equity, a clear plan and a defined exit.

That might be a development without presales.
A business where the value sits in the income, not just the assets.
Or a property being bought, renovated and sold within a shorter timeframe.

We’re not a lender ourselves.

Our job is to understand the deal, package it properly and connect it with the right lender.

Over time we’ve built relationships with banks, non-bank lenders, private credit funds and specialist development financiers. That means we can help find the right funding solution for the project, rather than forcing the project to fit one lender’s rules.

Our clients aren’t just looking for a loan.

They want someone who understands the deal and knows how to get it funded.

Founder of Vive Capital.

Vive Capital was founded in 2024 by Jith Rajenthiram. 

"I started Vive Capital after seeing too many good opportunities miss out on funding.

Over the years, I worked with property buyers, developers, and business owners who had strong deals but the funding didn’t quite fit traditional bank lending. Sometimes the structure was different. Sometimes timing mattered. Sometimes the opportunity just needed someone to look at the bigger picture.

That’s what led me to create Vive Capital.

My focus is simple: understand the deal, structure it properly and find the right lender to support it. I work with banks, non-bank lenders, and private funders to help clients move forward with property developments, business acquisitions and complex lending scenarios.

I enjoy working with entrepreneurs i.e. people building something, taking calculated risks and creating opportunities. That’s where I believe the right funding can make a real difference."
